aladin's independent practice encompasses: - Facilitation, moderating and consultancy in respect of strategic thinking and planning, organisational development and civic engagement. - Interdisciplinary cultural creation.
aladin's signature approach is to engage with organisations, communities and individuals in ways which influence them to explore and transcend the existing constraints, cultures and practices that stand in the way of developing and implementing effective, sustainable processes which benefit society more widely.
aladin's professional experience and interests span the public, private and voluntary sectors, ranging from entry to board level and extending from providing strategic counsel and guidance and chairing exchanges to curatingcultural encounter. Based in London but also responding to international briefs, aladin is active: as an executive adviser, sounding board and evaluator; as a facilitator, moderator, speaker, writer and academic; as an artist working across frontiers. Engaging in undertakings on a sessional, project or retained basis aladin has been testing and developing management, social and cultural methodologies across society since the 1980s.
